Center Based Program

At Atidaynu-Our Future School our program is driven by an ABA approach. We utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to infuse ABA methodologies into our curriculum. The program includes both natural environment teaching (NET) and discrete trial teaching (DTT).

The goal of ABA is to jump start each child’s communication, play, and social skills by creating individualized intervention programs that can be followed by families and support/educational staff.  Daily supervision by a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) insures that all teaching programs are monitored closely.  Parents receive weekly data updates on progress and are provided training to implement and carry over goals in the home setting.

Our staff of dedicated Special Education Teachers and Teacher Assistants are also trained as ABA technicians. They receive intensive classroom instruction and hands on training before delivering ABA treatment and are required to complete the RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) training as well.

We have a variety of beautiful, child-friendly spaces in which to learn and play.  We offer large classrooms for up to 10 children, several small 1:1 therapy suites for those who need a quieter place in which to learn and do ABA programs as well as other related therapy services (OT, PT, SLP), a motor sensory gym, art and music therapy rooms, and an outdoor patio.
